Support topics
Live forecasts are not loading
- What you may see
- A forecast is unavailable, stale, or marked as sample data.
- Try these checks
- Confirm the device has a working internet connection.
- Check Apple System Status for Weather services.
- Close and reopen Weather Wilds, then try the round again.
- Expected result
- A live forecast loads without a sample-data label.
- If it continues
- If the problem continues, email the affected mode, approximate time, app build, and iOS version. Do not send your precise location.
A purchase or entitlement is missing
- What you may see
- Weather Wilds Pro or a purchased lifeline does not appear after an Apple purchase.
- Try these checks
- Confirm the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Open the in-app membership or purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases.
- Check Apple's purchase history and service status before buying again.
- Expected result
- Eligible non-consumable access and subscriptions are restored after Apple and RevenueCat confirm the entitlement.
- If it continues
- Email support if access is still missing. When asked, you may manually copy the Customer ID shown in the app so the publisher can locate the RevenueCat record. Do not send receipts, payment details, passwords, or secrets.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- What you may see
- You need to view, change, or cancel an Apple-billed subscription.
- Try these checks
- Open Apple's subscription management page while signed in to the purchasing Apple Account.
- Select Weather Wilds and follow Apple's available options.
- Expected result
- Apple shows the subscription status and available management actions.
- If it continues
- Apple handles billing changes and refund decisions. Use Apple's purchase support if the transaction itself needs help.
Notifications are not arriving
- What you may see
- A requested Daily Expedition reminder does not appear.
- Try these checks
- Open Weather Wilds notification settings and confirm the reminder is enabled.
- Open iOS Settings, find Weather Wilds, and confirm notifications are allowed.
- Check Focus and notification-summary settings that may delay delivery.
- Expected result
- The reminder is scheduled locally and may appear at the selected time when iOS permits it.
- If it continues
- If it remains missing, email the app build, iOS version, and the notification settings you observed.
Saved progress or local deletion
- What you may see
- Progress changed after reinstalling, resetting, or moving to another device.
- Try these checks
- Remember that current game progress and settings are stored on this device.
- Do not delete the app if you intend to keep its local progress.
- Expected result
- Deleting Weather Wilds removes its locally stored game data; current builds do not offer a publisher account or cloud recovery path.
- If it continues
- Email support with the app build and what changed. Never include passwords or payment information.
Accessibility help
- What you may see
- A control, label, motion effect, or visual treatment makes the game difficult to use.
- Try these checks
- Review Weather Wilds settings and relevant iOS Accessibility settings.
- Note the screen, control, and accessibility feature involved.
- Expected result
- The app respects supported accessibility settings and exposes meaningful control labels.
- If it continues
- Send the screen, steps, device, iOS version, and expected behavior so the issue can be reproduced.
